For our client, an innovative company in the field of precision manufacturing, we are looking for an experienced individual as a Polymechanic Setter CNC Milling (m/f/d). Polymechanic CNC Milling (m/f/d) ###

Your Tasks ###

• Independent setting up and manufacturing of demanding milled parts on modern CNC machining machines
• Production of various precision components, especially for medical technology
• Processing of titanium and stainless steels
• Carrying out quality controls and documentation of the manufactured parts
• Monitoring the manufacturing processes and ensuring the required quality
• Recognizing and rectifying manufacturing deviations
• Active participation in the optimization and further development of manufacturing processes

Your Profile ###

• Completed training as Polymechanic EFZ, specialization in machining
• Several years of professional experience in CNC manufacturing and precision mechanics
• Sound knowledge in the independent setting up and manufacturing of complex milled parts
• High technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Strong sense of quality and responsibility
• Enjoyment of precise and demanding work
• Independent, reliable, and careful way of working
• Team-oriented and flexible personality
• Readiness for partial 2-shift work
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
