CNC Operator (M/F)

Job description:

• Ensure the manufacturing and production monitoring of various watchmaking components on machining machines.
• Perform the necessary adjustments as well as tool changes in order to guarantee the quality and continuity of production.
• Carry out dimensional and aesthetic controls of the machined parts.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and manufacturing procedures.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement processes and contribute to the optimization of production processes.

Job requirement:

• Professional experience in one or more of the following areas:
• dual-spindle CNC turning;
• milling;
• 5-axis grinding;
• single and multi-spindle automatic turning.
• Basic training in watchmaking desired.
• An AFP as a Mechanical Practitioner constitutes an advantage.
• Good mastery of machine adjustments and tool changes.
• Excellent visual acuity and great attention to detail.
• Comfortable with software and IT tools related to production.
• Autonomous, organized person demonstrating good team spirit.
• Rigorous, methodical and respectful of procedures and quality standards.
