The Swiss family business Management und Beteiligungen AG is looking for the building location in Studen BE for the maintenance of its real estate and the managed buildings on the company premises of FORS Immobilien AG in Studen, immediately or by arrangement, a
Facility Manager 80 – 100%
with company apartment obligation

As a Facility Manager, you meet the following requirements:
Completed compulsory school, ideally as a maintenance practitioner or Specialist in Facility Management EFZ, preferably with good electrical knowledge
You possess a valid driver's license of category B
Native German, good oral knowledge in French is an advantage
Experience in building technology: operation and maintenance – housekeeping, facility management
You are manual-skilled and physically resilient
You are reliable and have a technical understanding
You can set priorities correctly
You show initiative and work independently and solution-oriented
Ideal age: 25 – 45 years
Your tasks:
Ensure access to buildings, for example small repair work (fences, electrical connections, etc.) and clearing snow and outdoor maintenance of the premises
Carry out smaller repairs on facilities, e.g., solving and coordinating electrical connection issues, replacing seals and other small parts
Rectify general malfunctions and call in specialists if necessary
Treat special floor coverings with special means, for example wood installations, walls and ceilings
General smaller gardening work, such as mowing lawns, watering plants etc.
Store, maintain and clean general devices and vehicles correctly
Control supplies as well as other materials
Dispose of waste in an environmentally friendly manner or operate recycling
Set up special infrastructure for occasions and events
