Requirement profile:

• Completed vocational training as a Polymechanic EFZ, specialization CNC manufacturing
• Ideally experience in a production company
• Experience with 5-axis CNC milling centers
• this is required
• Knowledge of Heidenhain controls is a big plus
• EDM (sinker erosion) experience
• Experienced specialists are expressly welcome
• An eye for detail and a precise, careful way of working
• Enthusiasm for technical challenges and solution-oriented thinking
• Openness to flexible working and the ability to act independently and with initiative
• You appreciate stable processes, enjoy taking responsibility and actively contribute your knowledge to the team

Tasks:

• Programming and manufacturing precise mold and fixture components on CNC milling machines using CAM systems
• Programming of components and manufacturing on an EDM machine
• Independent quality control through measuring and testing the manufactured components
• Co-shaping and optimizing manufacturing processes and workflows
• Cooperation with assembly for mold and fixture construction
