BUTCHER CFC OR WITH VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE - VEVEY REGION M/F

For one of our clients located in the Vevey region, we are looking for a Butcher CFC or benefiting from very good professional experience for a mission.

Your main tasks:

• Perform the cutting and boning of different pieces of meat
• Carry out butcher preparations and setup
• Ensure the presentation and quality of products
• Welcome, advise, and build customer loyalty
• Provide excellent service and respond to customer requests
• Participate in various tasks related to the smooth running of the butcher department

Your profile:

• Holder of a CFC in butchery-charcuterie or confirmed professional experience in the field
• Excellent mastery of cutting and butcher preparations
• Very good sense of contact and customer relations
• Comfortable in advising and selling
• Dynamic, autonomous, neat, and quality-oriented
• Good presentation and team spirit
