Project Manager Metal Construction (m/f/d)

For our client, a regionally anchored company in metal construction with its own production and a focus on demanding metal construction and security solutions, we are looking for a Project Manager / Project Manager Metal Construction immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• You control and accompany metal construction projects across all phases – from planning to billing
• You coordinate projects in classic metal construction as well as partly in the field of security technology
• You ensure technical implementation and are the central interface between production, assembly, and the client
• You lead the designers and apprentices assigned to you professionally and organizationally
• You consistently keep an eye on deadlines, quality, and costs and intervene actively if necessary

Your profile

• You have basic training in metal construction (e.g., Konstrukteur EFZ or comparable)
• You have further training in the field of project management or technology
• You bring experience in project execution in metal construction
• You work confidently with CAD systems (AutoCAD / HiCAD or comparable)
• You are structured, decisive, and solution-oriented
• You enjoy actively helping to shape and implement technical solutions
