Your responsibilities

As part of this role, you will notably be required to:

• Ensure the proper functioning of the plant and ensure the smooth running of production.
• Manage the supply and loading of the various raw materials, notably cement, concrete and asphalt.
• Set up the installations according to production needs: quantities, dosages and mixtures.
• Perform the necessary controls before and during the startup of the equipment.
• Regularly monitor the various operating parameters of the plant.
• Control stock levels and ensure the follow-up of raw materials using IT tools.
• Detect any possible anomalies or breakdowns and intervene quickly according to the procedures in place.
• Ensure compliance with safety instructions and current standards.

Your profile

• You benefit from several years of experience as a concrete batch plant operator in Switzerland.
• You have a good knowledge of the materials used in the manufacture of concrete and aggregates.
• You understand the different stages and requirements related to production.
• You are an autonomous, versatile person capable of working independently.
• You have good knowledge of mechanics and are comfortable with technical equipment.
• You attach great importance to safety and compliance with procedures
