Our client is an established family business in the construction industry.

Your tasks:

• Independent management and organization of structural engineering construction sites
• Coordination and deployment planning of employees, machines and material
• Ensuring a smooth construction process in terms of quality, costs and deadlines
• Work preparation (AVOR) and daily reporting
• Monitoring compliance with safety, quality and environmental regulations
• Close cooperation with construction management, architects and other project participants

Your profile:

• Training in the main construction industry, e.g., Mason EFZ, with further training as a Foreman Structural Engineering or comparable qualification
• Several years of structural engineering experience
• Leadership experience
• Organizational strength, sense of responsibility and an independent, reliable as well as solution-oriented way of working
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing as well as driving license category B
