Job Description Integrated within the Case Assembly team at the Meyrin site and reporting directly to the Workshop Manager, you will contribute to the assembly and control of watch cases in compliance with the company's quality, safety, and performance requirements. In this capacity, your main responsibilities will be as follows: * You will perform the complete assembly of watch cases (case back, middle case, bezel, and associated components) in accordance with the defined quality standards. * You will perform the setting and pressing of crystals as well as the assembly of pushers, correctors, and other case elements. * You will guarantee the aesthetic conformity of the assembled products by performing the required visual controls at each manufacturing stage. * You will perform water resistance tests according to current procedures and validate the conformity of the parts. * You will ensure rigorous self-control of all operations performed. * You will detect, report, and treat any non-conformities in compliance with established procedures. * You will ensure compliance with quality, safety, and good production practice requirements. Qualifications * You have proven experience of at least five years in a similar function in a watchmaking environment. * You demonstrate excellent manual dexterity and are comfortable performing high-precision assembly operations. * You are recognized for your rigor, your sense of organization, and your ability to manage your priorities efficiently. * You work with care, precision, and meticulousness, while paying particular attention to detail. * You are committed to providing quality work and respect established standards and procedures. * You demonstrate an excellent team spirit and enjoy collaboration within a dynamic work environment. * You adopt a positive, constructive, and solution-oriented attitude in your daily activity. * You are capable of working autonomously while actively contributing to the collective performance of the workshop.
