Construction Manager/Head Fitter Ventilation-Air Conditioning

We are now looking for a highly committed and experienced Head Fitter / Construction Manager Ventilation to strengthen our team.

Responsibilities
•Assembly, management, and coordination of work for ventilation systems
•Planning and organization of work processes on the construction site
•Participation in construction meetings and acceptance of ventilation projects
•Leadership and training of employees in the team according to specifications and goals
•Creation of reports, material lists, orders, and construction records

Qualifications
•Completed training as Ventilation Systems Builder EFZ or comparable qualification
•Several years of professional experience in the ventilation industry, ideally in a leadership position
•Sound knowledge in the planning and process of assembly processes, as well as implementation
•Leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills, as well as proactive and communicative
•Good German skills in speaking and writing, practiced in using Microsoft Office 365
