Completed training in the main construction industry, horticulture or a lot of experience in construction
Independent, reliable and solution-oriented
Experience as a machinist, foreman or group leader is an advantage – but not mandatory
Team player with grit and a sense of responsibility

You operate state-of-the-art machines
You lead small teams directly on the construction site
You coordinate, pitch in and maintain an overview
You ensure that quality, safety and deadlines are correct
