Cleaning Specialist (80–100%)

Your tasks:

• Maintenance, care and cleaning of buildings, facilities and outdoor areas
• Execution of control and maintenance work on technical equipment
• Minor repair and maintenance work
• Monitoring of safety and operating equipment
• Support during moves, events and internal services
• Winter service as well as care of green spaces
• Cooperation with external craft and service companies

Your profile:

• Completed training as Fachmann/Fachfrau Betriebsunterhalt EFZ or comparable training
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Independent, reliable and careful way of working
• Ability to work in a team as well as a service-oriented appearance
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Driving license category B is an advantage
