Foreman for road and civil engineering (m/f/d) – Lead your team to success in Graubünden

For our customers in the Graubünden region, we are looking for a motivated and experienced foreman - Polier road and civil engineering (m/f/d) for long-term assignments with the possibility of permanent employment.

Your tasks

• Leadership and coordination of a construction site team
• Organization of daily workflows on the construction site
• Participation in road and civil engineering work
• Support of the Polier and the construction management
• Monitoring of work quality as well as compliance with deadlines
• Material planning and reporting
• Ensuring occupational safety on the construction site

Your profile

• Completed training as Strassenbauer EFZ or Tiefbauer EFZ
• Further training or several years of experience as a foreman or Polier
• Experience in road and civil engineering
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Teamwork skills and leadership competence
• Good German language skills
• Driving license Cat. B is an advantage
