Your tasks:

• Setting up and operating a manual cutting machine with a hand lever
• Cutting of steel (hardened), carbide and ceramic.
• Reworking the cut via polishing or diamond discs
• Manual edge breaking on finished gauges
• Cleaning and maintenance of the fixtures and clamping devices
• Preserving the ground gauges, possibly also with protective wax.
• If necessary, assistance in other departments: shaft production, grinding shop, final processing

Your profile:

• many years of experience in machine processing
• experience in handling the smallest components, the smallest Ø is currently 0.0475 mm.
• experience with metalworking fluids
• very good German language skills in spoken and written form
• willingness for any overtime that may arise
