For our team in Bern, we are looking for an additional female personnel consultant, an additional male personnel consultant for the construction industry.
Planner Construction Sub-sector 100% (m/f/d) in Bern
The following are your main activities:

• Recruiting: find, select and win construction personnel
• Acquiring: win new customers and further expand existing customer relationships
• Preparing: train employees and equip them according to the requirements of your customers
• Organizing: coordinate assignments between customers and employees – including all administrative tasks
• Supporting: first point of contact for employees regarding questions on wages, allowances and administrative topics
• Building up: build up and maintain a strong pool of employees for assignments in large-scale projects

We expect:

• You have a completed EFZ training in construction or in a construction-related environment
• German at native speaker level as well as good Italian, Spanish or Portuguese skills. (mandatory) for the exchange with customers and employees
• Extroverted and team-oriented personality with the ability to win people over to you
• You come from Bern and know the region very well and convince with charisma and initiative
• You possess a driver's license to carry out customer visits or employee support on-site with the company vehicle provided
