Construction Manager 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise construction sites until their final acceptance
• Establish tenders, estimates, comparisons, and minutes
• Guarantee fluid communication between all project stakeholders
• Coordinate teams on site and organize the interventions of companies
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Ensure the monitoring of costs, invoices, deadlines, and project profitability
• Manage and develop relationships with partner companies and external stakeholders

Profile

• Experienced Construction Manager or building draftsman wishing to evolve
• Very good organization and a keen sense of detail
• Ability to manage several projects in parallel
• Reactivity and ease when facing unforeseen events
• Autonomy, team spirit, and sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills
