Requirement profile:

• Completed basic mechanical training EFZ (e.g., polymechanic, production mechanic, mechapractical)
• Several years of professional experience as a mechanic in an industrial environment
• Experience in the maintenance of machines and systems
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Willingness for on-call duty (no shift work)
• Strong quality awareness and reliable way of working
• Technical understanding as well as enjoyment in dismantling and assembling machines
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Teamwork skills, flexibility and high level of commitment
• Service-oriented thinking and acting

Tasks:

• Maintenance (servicing, upkeep, repair) of machines and systems
• Care of pure water and cooling water systems
• Collaboration in the optimization of existing systems
• Error analysis and rectification on mechanical and mechatronic systems in cooperation with plant supervisor and production
• General metal-cutting work such as turning, milling and drilling (conventional)
• Careful documentation of the work carried out
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (especially GMP)
