What awaits you

• Operation and monitoring of technical systems
• Carrying out control and inspection rounds on the technical systems as well as in the properties
• Documenting deficiencies or carrying out necessary measures to rectify deficiencies
• Planning and carrying out required inspections on technical systems
• Creating, maintaining and updating property and system documentation
• Carrying out initial interventions and fault analyses
• Obtaining offers from third-party providers and accompanying them

What you bring with you

• Completed apprenticeship in the field of technology
• Connection permit Art. 15 NIV is an advantage
• Professional experience in a similar function in a demanding customer segment
• Profound IT user knowledge
• Flexibility and resilience with good organizational skills
• Willingness for on-call service
• Driving license (Cat. B) mandatory
