tasks

• you support the project managers on interesting construction projects
• you assist in coordinating the construction projects with clients and authorities
• furthermore, you support with tenders, construction accounting as well as invoice controls
• the scheduling coordination with tradespeople and suppliers is also part of your demanding task
• the workload can, depending on preference, be 90% or 100%

requirements

• you have training as a high-rise draughtsman / architectural draughtsman or have a construction trade training e.g. as a carpenter, joiner or mason (w/m/d)
• further training is an advantage, but this can also be completed later
• it is of great advantage if you already bring 1-2 years of professional experience as a junior bauleiter, but this is not a requirement
• do you describe yourself as reliable, communicative and goal-oriented?
