Your tasks

• Operation, monitoring and setup of modern production facilities
• Ensuring a smooth production process
• Coordination and support of the employees on the production line
• Carrying out changeovers as well as smaller technical adjustments
• Recognizing and rectifying malfunctions
• Monitoring and compliance with quality, hygiene and safety specifications
• Carrying out and documenting quality controls
• Support with maintenance and cleaning work
• Active participation in the optimization of production processes

Your profile

• Completed technical or manual vocational training is an advantage
• Several years of experience in a production facility
• Experience as a machine operator, plant operator or operator
• Initial experience in a coordinating function is an advantage
• Good technical understanding and independent way of working
• Readiness for shift work
• Good German skills
• Reliable, resilient and responsible personality
