We are looking for our client, immediately or by arrangement, for a motivated

Foreman / Construction Site Manager Building Construction (m/f/d) 100%

Your activities include:

• Responsibility for professional and timely execution
• Independent coordination of the work
• Responsibility for the optimal use of personnel and equipment
• Documentation of the construction processes
• Leading 2-3 employees

In order to optimally fulfill these demanding activities, you bring the following requirements:

• Training in building construction or many years of experience as a foreman / construction site manager
• Driver's license category B (mandatory)
• Enjoyment in dealing with customers and employees
• Independent and team-oriented way of working
• Very good German skills
