For a renowned construction company in the Region Zug, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Site Manager / Construction Manager (m/f/d) for exciting projects in road, civil, and sewer construction.

Your tasks
Independent management and organization of construction sites
Planning and coordination of road, civil, and sewer construction projects
Leadership of foremen, supervisors, and construction teams
Ensuring quality, deadlines, costs, and occupational safety
Work preparation as well as material and personnel scheduling
Measurement, additional claim management, and billing
Collaboration with clients, engineers, and authorities

Your profile
Completed training in the main construction industry
Further training as a Construction Manager HF, Technician HF, or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in road, civil, or sewer construction
Organizational talent as well as entrepreneurial thinking
Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented way of working
Driving license category B
Good German language skills, written and spoken
