Project Manager Metal Construction - Facade Construction

For our client, an established and successful company in the field of facade and metal construction in the Winterthur region, we are looking for a committed and entrepreneurially-minded personality as a Project Manager Facade Construction.

Your tasks:

• Independent management of facade projects from receipt of order to successful handover

Ensuring deadlines, costs, and quality during all project phases

• Coordination and alignment with architects, general contractors, planners, as well as other project participants
• Technical clarifications and optimizations in the areas of construction, material selection, workshop, transport, and assembly processes

Negotiations with suppliers as well as monitoring of contracts and services

• Preparation and processing of supplementary offers

Carrying out construction acceptances and preparation of final accounts

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Metallbaukonstrukteur EFZ or Metallbauer EFZ

_ Further training in the area of project management is an advantage or corresponding professional experience
_ Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working

• Negotiation skills as well as a confident appearance towards customers and partners
• Team-oriented, flexible, and solution-oriented personality
