For our client, an internationally active company in the field of industrial manufacturing and automation, we are looking for an experienced

Tool Grinder (m/f/d) ###

Your tasks ###

• Grinding and manufacturing of special and prototype thread tools
• Programming, setup, and optimization of CNC grinding machines and other CNC systems
• Execution and documentation of manufacturing trials
• First-article and process inspections with modern measuring systems
• Monitoring and optimization of manufacturing processes
• Machine maintenance as well as production of prototypes
• Creation of technical documentation and support in the onboarding of new employees

Your profile ###

• Completed training as a polymechanic, production mechanic, or comparable technical training
• Several years of experience with CNC machines, ideally in grinding technology
• Knowledge of CNC controls such as Siemens, Fanuc, or Mitsubishi
• Confident reading of technical drawings
• Experience in quality inspection and handling measuring tools
• Independent, precise, and reliable way of working
• Good MS Office skills, SAP is an advantage
