e.g. Polymechanic / Automation Technician / Mechatronics Technician

Important: The service technicians are deployed throughout Switzerland and start their assignments directly from their place of residence to the customers. Therefore, the place of residence is not tied to the company location Immensee (ZG). Applications from all over Switzerland are welcome.

This versatile technician task includes, on the one hand, the installation and commissioning of modern CNC machine tools and automation solutions at customers from industry and precision manufacturing. This includes setting up and optimizing the machines, parameterizing controls as well as tuning the entire systems at the customer's site.

On the other hand, as a service technician, you are responsible for maintenance, repairs and technical support of existing machine systems at commercial and industrial customers in Switzerland. You analyze faults, carry out mechanical and electrotechnical work and ensure that our customers' systems work reliably and precisely.

The intensive machine- and system-specific training takes place "on the job" within the experienced service team as well as additionally with manufacturers and technology partners. As a service technician, you will of course be provided with a modernly equipped service vehicle, which you can also use privately. We are looking for a "practitioner" and not a "theoretician".

Your Profile

The technical requirements for this independent task are, for example:

completed basic technical training as a Polymechanic, Automation Technician, Mechatronics Technician, agricultural machinery or commercial vehicle mechanic or similar

or a mechanical training with electrotechnical further training / experience

Knowledge in CNC technology, controls, hydraulics or pneumatics is an advantage

Enjoyment of independent service work and customer contact

You speak German fluently and understand English
