Your role
When planning becomes reality on the construction site, you are in your element. As a Project/Construction Manager, you are the central contact person: You coordinate all processes, consistently keep an eye on deadlines, costs, and quality, and work closely with clients, architects, and specialist planners. At Fanzun, you work in an interdisciplinary team, accompanying projects from the tender stage to the warranty acceptance, creating structures that remain visible.
Your tasks
Coordination of all work processes on the construction site – from the start of construction to the warranty acceptance
Management and organization of the construction execution
Close cooperation with clients, architects, and specialist planners to ensure smooth project execution
Responsibility for compliance with schedule, quality, and cost requirements incl. ongoing controlling
Participation in tender processes as well as creation and elaboration of tender documents
Your profile
Dipl. Architect, technician, or construction manager structural engineering (or equivalent training) with sound specialist knowledge in construction design and construction management
Several years of practical experience in the successful implementation and management of construction projects
Pronounced cost and quality awareness, high team orientation, as well as strong communicative skills
Confident handling of MS Office and Messerli Bauad
Very good German skills in speaking and writing
