Watchmaking Production Operator (M/F)

Your mission

• Perform the assembly of small-sized parts with method and accuracy
• Perform meticulous work, requiring excellent visual acuity and great manual dexterity
• Ensure a regular pace at a repetitive workstation, without compromising on quality
• Work in rotating shifts (2x8 schedules, with the possibility of 3x8)

Your profile

• You have a stable professional background
• You have completed training or acquired experience in Switzerland
• Experience in an industrial environment is a major asset
• You are proficient in French, both spoken and written
• You are capable of maintaining concentration, rhythm, and quality throughout the day
