As an Industrial Painter (m/f/d), you ensure that our coating and painting processes run smoothly, efficiently, and with a focus on quality. Through your commitment, you sustainably strengthen the stability, quality, and performance of our painting departments.

What you will achieve:

• Preparing components for painting (cleaning, sanding, covering, and masking)
• Setting up, operating, and monitoring modern painting systems
• Wet painting of industrial components according to work instructions and quality specifications
• Carrying out quality controls (layer thickness, surface quality, color tone)
• Rectifying minor malfunctions on the systems
• Maintenance and cleaning of the painting systems as well as the workplace
• Compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations
• Collaboration in process optimization and continuous improvement

What you bring:

• Completed training as Industrielackierer EFZ or several years of professional experience in industrial painting
• Experience in sanding, preparing, and painting metal parts
• Careful, independent, and reliable way of working
• Ability to work in a team and quality awareness
• Willingness to work in shifts (7x2 shift)
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
• Driving license Cat B is an advantage
