Activity

• Management of the planning, project design and implementation of complex ventilation and air conditioning systems
• Ensuring timely, cost-conscious and high-quality project realization
• Acquisition of new construction projects and maintenance of contacts with customers, architects and suppliers
• Use of current research results to optimize materials, products and processes
• Coordination of orders and handover to the assembly team
• Moderation of construction meetings and leadership of the team
• Requirements
• Completed training as a building services planner with a focus on ventilation, further training in building services technology is an advantage
• Sound experience in planning and implementation of HVAC projects
• Strong customer orientation and pronounced communication skills
• Very good German skills
• Secure application of MS 365, CAD and SAP knowledge are an advantage
