For our client, we are looking for a committed personality as a caretaker who enjoys taking responsibility and finds joy in independently looking after "their" properties.

?? What awaits you

You will take over a fixed assigned area with around 30–50 properties and ensure that everything runs smoothly there.

In doing so, you are not just simply on-site – you are the contact person for your properties and have an overview.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Independent care and control of your properties
• Ensuring cleanliness, order, and a well-maintained appearance
• Control of technical systems such as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning
• Minor repair, maintenance, and surrounding area work
• Gardening work and winter service
• Organization and coordination of arising work
• Control of machines, vehicles, and materials
• Contact with real estate managers, administrations, tenants, and employees
• Identifying and independently solving problems on-site
• Documentation of the work performed
• If necessary, also picking up the broom or tools yourself once in a while ??

In short: You ensure that your properties function, are well-maintained, and that the people in them feel comfortable.

????? What you bring with you

You do not necessarily have to have taken the classic route through training as a caretaker. Much more important is that you think practically, roll up your sleeves, and can take responsibility.

Ideally, you bring:

• Experience in a manual or technical activity, e.g., sanitary, heating, electrical, facility management, or a similar industry
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Technical understanding and manual skill
• An independent and reliable way of working
• Initiative – you do not wait for someone to tell you what to do
• Joy in contact with people and a friendly appearance
• Sense of responsibility and organizational talent
• Driver's license Cat. B
• Confident handling of a vehicle with manual transmission
• Joy in working in a team

You are not too good to roll up your sleeves yourself, can simultaneously deal professionally with tenants and real estate managers, and keep an overview even when several things arise at the same time.
