For our customer in Bern, we are looking for an engaged and responsible personality as Betriebsunterhalt EFZ (a) starting immediately.

Your tasks:

• Supervise and accompany 12 apprentices, including apprentices with impairments
• Organize daily work and assignments
• Instruct and support apprentices in manual tasks
• Assume supervision during assignments
• Structure daily work and plan tasks
• Promote independence and practical skills
• Collaborate with specialist departments and caregivers

Your profile:

• Training as Betriebsunterhalter/in EFZ is an advantage
• Completed manual vocational training (e.g., Maler/in, Schreiner/in, Zimmermann/Zimmerin, Elektriker/in or Sanitärinstallateur/in) or several years of experience in a manual trade
• Joy in working with apprentices and in their practical guidance
• High social competence as well as a patient and appreciative manner with people
• Sense of responsibility and assertiveness
• Independent, reliable and well-organized way of working
• Willingness to work at two locations in Bern
