Joinery Foreman 80-100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the technical office, management, and partners
• Manage the material, human, and logistical resources necessary for projects
• Supervise teams and foster an efficient and motivating working atmosphere
• Plan, organize, and coordinate production and installation activities
• Ensure the reading, analysis, and implementation of technical plans
• Monitor the progress of construction sites and guarantee compliance with deadlines
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Profile

• CFC in joinery with higher education as a foreman or equivalent
• Solid experience in a similar position and in team management
• Mastery of manufacturing and installation processes in joinery
• Assertive leadership, team spirit, and good communication
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to read plans
• Sense of priorities, rigor, and autonomy
