🛠️ This is what you will learn with us:

• Assessing and preparing substrates: sanding, filling, puttying, and masking
• Determining color shades with a measuring device and color chart as well as the exact mixing of paints at the mixing system
• Painting in the booth – from individual components to the complete commercial vehicle cabin
• Corrosion protection, underbody protection, sealing, polishing, and the perfect finish
• Repairing minor damage as well as disassembly and assembly of components
• Direct customer contact: assessing damage, clarifying expectations and schedules together with the customers

• Completed compulsory schooling (Sekundar- or Bezirksschule)
• Good color vision and an eye for detail – being half a shade off is, for us, being a shade off
• Joy in modern painting technology, water-based paints, and digital color systems
• Manual dexterity and a steady hand for sanding, spraying, and polishing work
• Diligence and endurance – even sometimes in a protective suit, with a mask, or on a work platform
• Sociability for cooperation with customers and the team
