We are a lively service company and are looking for an experienced Heating Project Manager for our client in the Zurich area, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Decision on participation in tenders, award discussions with the Managing Director
• Control and approval of prepared offers
• Completion and preparation of invoicing including work contracts
• Management and organization of the heating installation staff
• Technical processing of orders from receipt to invoicing
• Ongoing support of orders in cooperation with the site supervisor
• Maintaining time sheets and supplements, controlling
• Accounts payable control and signing off weekly reports
• Support for the heating team
• Conducting employee interviews (Heating team)
• Purchasing of required materials together with the Managing Director
• Support of customers and business partners

Your profile is convincing - you are the perfect candidate if you-

• have completed training as a Heating Installer EFZ
• have at least 5 years of professional experience as a Heating Project Manager
• can demonstrate a degree as a Swiss Federal Diploma Heating Master (advantageous)
• have completed further training as a Head Installer Heating (advantageous)
• are an organizational talent and possess networked and entrepreneurial thinking
• are customer- and service-oriented
• prove yourself to be a team player and have a flair for numbers
