Your new field of activity

• Together with a colleague, you ensure the maintenance, upkeep, and smooth operation of our building as well as the entire surroundings
• You carry out repair, maintenance, and upkeep work independently and plan and document these throughout the year
• You monitor and operate the modern building technology systems of our new building (2026)
• You coordinate and accompany the assignments of external craftsmen and service companies
• You support our housekeeping team and specifically also undertake special cleanings
• You bear responsibility for operational safety (BESIBE) as well as fire protection and continuously develop your specialist knowledge in cooperation with our certification body NSBIV AG
• Our residents have the opportunity to participate in simple work in the surroundings; if necessary, you support and instruct them

What you bring with you

• Training as a Specialist Facility Management EFZ
• Further training in the field of operational safety and fire protection or the willingness to complete this
• Several years of professional experience in facility management or in a comparable function
• Good user knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• You encounter people with openness and enjoy interacting with our residents

With our farm shop, the garden, and the agricultural business, we are a green oasis in the middle of Rothenburg, which, after the renovation in spring/summer 2027, will also open the doors of the cafeteria to the general public.
