Manufacture of watch hands serving the greatest watchmaking brands. In an environment where every detail counts, we design and produce hands intended for the watches of the greatest brands.
In order to support our development and guarantee the excellence of our facilities, we are looking to complete our stamping, varnishing and polishing teams:
3 Production Operators (M/F)
Missions:
1 - Stamping
Aligning hands piece by piece
Shaping by stamping machine
2 - Varnishing
Aligning hands on different supports (pins, wires)
Preparation of varnishes
Semi-automatic varnishing of hands
Removal of hands from the different supports
3 - Polishing
Aligning hands on different supports (pins)
Polishing of parts (block to block)
Semi-automatic stripping/washing
Preparation of pin gluing
Responsibilities
Perform one or more production operation(s)
Use watchmaking tools (tweezers, micros)
Verify and control quality in the form of AQL
Control operations, detect and report anomalies
Fill in production documents as well as the ERP system
Skills
Experience in a similar position in a watchmaking environment (an asset)
Meticulousness, good manual dexterity and attention to detail
Excellent visual acuity
Perfect mastery of working with tweezers
Ability to work independently while promoting teamwork.
Rigor, precision and sense of responsibility.
Willingness to learn and develop your skills.
