Foreman - Building Construction Foreman 100% (m/f/d)

The company is an independent family business in the building construction industry.

Your challenge:

• Responsible for leading a small team of 2-6 people * Direct contact person on site * You make decisions together with the construction management and the managing director * You also like to lend a hand and are always a support for your team Your backpack:
• You have a foreman or polier training or bring many years of professional experience + Hold a driver's license + Organization is one of your strengths + You are resilient, flexible, communicative and are a team player + Native language is German or French (knowledge of Italian would be a plus) with good knowledge of the other language respectively + You want to work at least 3 months a year + Are you also willing to work beyond your retirement age.
