Polymechanic (M/F/D)

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure the maintenance, adjustment and repair of machine tools and production equipment.
• Interpret technical plans and diagrams to manufacture precision mechanical parts.
• Participate in the optimization of manufacturing processes to improve quality and productivity.
• Perform quality controls and guarantee the conformity of produced parts.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure an efficient and secure workflow.
• Document interventions and maintain accurate tracking of maintenance operations.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Diploma in Polymechanics or equivalent training in the mechanical field.
• Proven experience in the maintenance and adjustment of machine tools, ideally in an industrial production environment.
• Mastery of technical plan and diagram reading techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of machine tools (turning, milling, etc.) and measuring tools.
• Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical problems.
