For our customer in the Bern/Emmental/Oberaargau region, we are looking for a Polymechanic specializing in manufacturing, starting immediately or by arrangement

Tasks

Independent setup and monitoring (process and quality) of the Mikron 3-axis milling center. Assistance with the setup and independent monitoring (process and quality) of the Axa 5-axis milling center. Machine and manual deburring work. Assistance with large-scale machining. Parts of 5.5m x 2.5m up to a total weight of up to 3-000kg. Independently clamping and unclamping high-precision parts at the Flexible Manufacturing Center. Minor assembly work, screwing in thread inserts, pressing in bushings and pins, etc. Assistance with quality assurance.

Requirement profile

You have completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ or several years of professional experience. You describe yourself as an exact, hardworking, reliable, and punctual personality. You enjoy working in a team, possess a category B driver's license, and are flexibly deployable.
