PRODUCTION MECHANIC WITH CNC MILLING EXPERIENCE IN DAY AND 2-SHIFT OPERATION (M/F/D)

Your tasks

In this function, you are primarily responsible for the operation and working on the production tool AluRanger Vertikales CNC-Bearbeitungscenter and process our facade products on it, taking into account customer requirements as well as compliance with process instructions and regulations. You possess a forklift license, as you bring the material for the order items to be processed to the machine yourself. You ensure the required quality as well as quantity for the production tool AluRanger and maintain an active exchange of information with the Avor/PPS area and Sales Indoor Service Facades. Furthermore, you also process our other materials/products on various profile circular saws/band saws as well as panel circular saws. In all your activities, you operate the operational data system using a PC, pack the set-up goods correctly, prepare the orders for the goods shipping department, and are responsible for performing machine maintenance.

Your profile

You bring sound experience in metal processing, in handling machines as well as measuring tools. You have an independent and precise way of working and good practical PC user knowledge. Flexibility (also in relation to our working hours day operation/2-shift operation), good physical performance, reliability, sense of responsibility, as well as good communicative skills in German (oral + written) round off your profile.
