The company is an independent family business in the structural construction industry.

Your challenge:

• Responsible for leading a small team of 2-6 people
• Direct contact person on site
• You make decisions together with the construction management and the managing director
• You also like to roll up your sleeves and are a support for your team at all times

Your backpack:

• You have a foreman or foreman training or bring many years of professional experience
• Possess a driver's license
• Organization is one of your strengths
• You are resilient, flexible, communicative and are a team player
• Native language is German or French (knowledge of Italian would be a plus) with good knowledge of the other language respectively
• You want to work at least 3 months a year
• Are you also willing to work beyond your retirement age.
