BUILDING & INFRASTRUCTURE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

We are looking for a Building & Infrastructure Maintenance Technician to ensure the proper functioning, maintenance, and optimization of the site's technical installations.

BUILDING & INFRASTRUCTURE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

CFC in a technical building field or training deemed equivalent
A CFC as a sanitary installer is an asset
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
Good mastery of standard IT tools
Knowledge of GMAO and GTC: an asset
Forklift and scissor lift licenses
Good physical condition
Autonomy, reactivity and sense of responsibility Maintain and monitor HVAC installations as well as equipment related to infrastructures
Perform machine connections: industrial water, pneumatic and ventilation
Participate in moves and the installation of production machines
Intervene in case of critical breakdowns
Follow and implement projects related to buildings
Contribute to the optimization of technical equipment and installations
