The position consists of ensuring the reliability of equipment and installations used in demanding environments such as pharmacy, life sciences, and chemistry, while respecting the highest standards of quality and compliance. Responsibilities * Perform the mounting and assembly of precision mechanical components and sub-assemblies. * Carry out the necessary settings, adjustments, and controls in order to guarantee product compliance. * Ensure preventive maintenance operations and intervene during troubleshooting on production equipment. * Participate in the continuous optimization of installations in order to improve their performance and reliability. * Rigorously apply current quality, safety, and traceability procedures. Profile * Holder of a CFC in polymechanic, production mechanic, automation technician, or an equivalent training. * First successful experience in precision mechanical assembly and the use of control instruments. * Excellent manual dexterity, precision in execution, and a sense of neat work. * Autonomous, rigorous person capable of effectively analyzing technical issues. * Comfortable in a demanding industrial environment, with an interest in production and continuous improvement activities. * Valid Swiss work permit indispensable (Swiss citizen, permit B, C, or G in force). * Residing in the canton of Vaud in order to guarantee proximity to the workplace and availability adapted to the needs of the position.
