Sandblaster / Allrounder

Together with your colleagues from the «Sandstrahlen» team, you are responsible for the flawless pretreatment of various workpieces. High-quality pretreatment is absolutely decisive for the overall coating result

• Load workpieces manually or with a hall crane onto material trolleys
• Lead material trolleys into the sandblasting cabin
• Selection of the correct blasting agent as well as adjustment of the optimal amount of sand and compressed air
• Manual sandblasting in the cabin with appropriate protective equipment (blasting helmet with fresh air supply)
• Blasting off the blasted workpieces with compressed air
• Control of the blasting result
• Handover of the finished blasted workpieces to the subsequent coating department
• General factory work
