Your future areas of responsibility ##

• Assembly and disassembly of injection molding tools
• Analyzing injection molding tools and independently deciding on further procedures
• Carrying out maintenance work on injection molding tools (cleaning, repairing, and correcting)
• Manufacturing spare and wear parts for injection molding tools
• Manufacturing mold inserts and individual components for existing or new tools
• Processing technical changes
• Performing work mostly in the 1000th range
• Technical specialist collaboration in various projects regarding optimizations and innovations
• Performing conventional work (drilling, milling, turning, surface grinding & laser welding)
• Communicating and meeting deadlines
• Ensuring part quality and quantity when performing tasks
• Independently deciding whether a tool is production-ready and bearing responsibility
• Reporting deviations and irregularities to the supervisor

Your skills and competencies ##

Completed training as a Werkzeugmacher EFZ or Polymechaniker EFZ

Several years of professional experience in mold making
Experience in the plastics sector is an advantage

Languages ##

Very good German and/or French skills with good knowledge of the respective other language, English skills are an advantage
