Your main missions ###

Reporting to the production team, you ensure the production of complex, high-value-added parts. As such, your responsibilities are as follows:

• CAM Programming: Creation, development and optimization of machining programs using GibbsCAM software.
• 5-axis Machining: Setup, commissioning and operation of a MATEC 30 HV milling machine (Heidenhain numerical control).
• Production & Control: Manufacture of single parts or small/medium series in compliance with quality requirements, dimensions and tolerances.
• Optimization: Tooling monitoring, continuous improvement of machining strategies and resolution of technical problems.

Your profile ###

• Training: CFC in Precision Mechanic, Polymécanicien or a title deemed equivalent.
• Technical skills:
• Proven mastery of GibbsCAM CAD/CAM software.
• Solid practical experience on Heidenhain control.
• Expertise on 5-axis milling machines (previous experience on MATEC machines is a major asset).
• Personal qualities: You are autonomous, rigorous, precise and you enjoy taking on complex technical challenges.
