Your task
Programming workpieces using CAM software SolidCAM
Setting up and monitoring the CNC turning machines Nakamura WT150, NTRX300 and DMG Mori NLX2000
Conventional work in Express department
Programming and operating the shaft measuring machine Vicivision Prima 309
Independent setup of the required tools and material
Final inspection of the manufactured parts
Maintenance of the machines in the Lathe and Express department

Your profile
Completed apprenticeship as Polymechaniker EFZ
Experience in operating CNC turning machines
Independent programming at the machine (optimally Fanuc)
Experience with external programming systems (optimally SolidCAM)
Accustomed to working independently as well as flexibly and precisely
Knowledge of Excel / Word
Teamwork skills and flexible
Accustomed to working under pressure and to help out during peaks even outside of working hours
Willingness to work in a 2-shift operation
