Orthopedic Shoemaker 60-100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Manufacture bespoke orthopedic shoes as well as models adapted to the specific needs of patients
• Perform modifications, adjustments, and repairs of different types of shoes
• Carry out measurements, technical surveys, and analyses necessary for manufacturing
• Ensure fittings, adjustments, and delivery of the equipment produced
• Advise and support patients throughout the entire care process
• Develop and maintain relationships of trust with medical partners and various stakeholders
• Participate in the daily management of a production workshop and contribute to its proper functioning

Profile

• CFC as an orthopedic shoemaker
• Confirmed professional experience of at least 3 years in a similar role
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a real sense of service
• Work independently while enjoying collaboration within a team
• Possess a good sense of organization and be solution-oriented
• Perfectly master French; knowledge of German or English is an asset
