Activities

• Lead, instruct and support the mechanics team technically in everyday work
• Coordinate, prioritize and implement production orders on schedule
• Execute complex manufacturing work with CNC support and Solidworks
• Maintain machines, carry out repairs and take over the supervision of apprentices
• Requirements
• Completed vocational training as Polymechanic EFZ
• Experience in the leadership and supervision of employees and apprentices
• Knowledge in the field of construction machinery as well as an independent and precise way of working
• Good German skills, physical resilience and driving license category B
