Tasks:
Setting up and operating the manroland Rotoman web offset machine

Production of multi-color and sophisticated printed matter

Ensuring timely production and high printing quality

Independent production release

Documentation of orders according to quality standards

Compliance with ISO and swissPSO standards

Independent leadership of the shift team

Issuing clear work instructions

Carrying out maintenance and servicing work on the plant

Requirements:
Completed training as a printing technologist

Ideally training or experience in web offset printing

Professional experience preferably in commercial printing

Strong technical understanding

High quality awareness

Interest in modern technology, IT applications, and new developments

Willingness to work in 3-shift and 4-shift operations

Independent and self-reliant way of working

Resilience even in hectic situations

Ability to work in a team

Exact, proactive, and reliable way of working

Good German skills
